COENA starts at €75 per month per venue, plus a one-off setup fee from €300, excluding VAT. Three tiers cover an independent restaurant, a Michelin-tier house or luxury hotel, and a multi-site group. What moves you between them is the depth of your cellar and how much of the operation you want the list to run — not how hard you negotiate.
These are our public prices. Discounts apply for annual and multi-year commitments, and for groups running several venues.

All prices exclude VAT. Setup is charged once and scales with the number of references to structure and load.
What drives the price
The size of your list. Setup scales with the number of references we structure, load and match to your house style. A 100-reference list is a different job from a 900-reference cellar with verticals and large formats.
How much of the operation the list runs. Displaying a wine list is the entry point. Running the cellar behind it — real counts, bottle location, wines by the glass, orders, stock movements a till never records — is what separates Essential from Signature.
The number of venues. Pricing is per venue. Groups are quoted together, with group rates from the second establishment.
Your commitment. Monthly with no commitment, annual, or two-year. The longer terms carry a discount.
Options
POS connection — €25/month. Connects COENA to more than 40 POS systems through HubRise. An order placed in COENA decrements stock automatically. Optional: plenty of venues run COENA standalone and are perfectly happy.
Custom development — hourly, on Enterprise. If your group needs a feature that doesn’t exist yet, we build it at an agreed hourly rate rather than pretending the product already does it.

What isn’t included
We’d rather you read this here than find out on a call.
- The iPads. COENA doesn’t sell hardware. Buy new, refurbished or second-hand — whatever you like, as long as the device runs the iPadOS version the app requires. We’ll confirm that before you spend anything.
- The POS connection, at €25/month if you want it.
- Custom development, quoted hourly on Enterprise.
- Rebuilding a cellar that only exists on paper. We import the list you have. If there isn’t one in a usable form, that’s quotable work — not a surprise line on the invoice.
