A new Glass Volumes section in settings allows restaurants to set the volume of wine served by the glass for each wine category. Showing the volume served to the customers can be activated or disabled with a simple switch, giving venues complete control over how they display wine portions to customers.
Smarter Stock Management with Glass Volume Calculations
The new glass volume settings integrate directly with COENA’s stock management module. The system automatically calculates the number of glasses that can be served from a standard 75cl bottle for each wine category.
